Gaming company takes space at Quays

International Game Technology has signed a lease for 12,600 sq ft of office space at Peel's Quay West in Trafford.

The company has taken a 10-year lease and will be located on the first floor of the building, which is next to the Imperial War Museum North. IGT relocated from Ashton-under-Lyne.

Robert Stecker, director of International Game Technology, said: "Relocating IGT's Manchester offices to Quay West and being part of the growing Media City UK project is very exciting. It is a great location for us and we look forward to all that the area has to offer."

CBRE advised both Peel and IGT.
