Frogmore signs Work Inc at Altrincham estate

Office fit out specialist Work Inc Group has taken a 7,008 sq ft unit at Frogmore Real Estate Partners' Altrincham Business Park in South Manchester.
The five-year lease was agreed at £6.50/sq ft, and leaves two remaining units of around 3,000 sq ft each, both due for refurbishment shortly. The business park was purchased by FREP this year for £29m.
Colliers CRE acted as joint agent with King Sturge on behalf of Frogmore and Work Inc Group was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
