Frank Mallon bounces back from liquidation

Construction consultant Frank Mallon has restructured his consulting engineering business, HfM Consulting and relaunched as Frank Mallon Consulting Engineers.

The voluntary liquidation was handled by insolvency practitioners Parkin S Booth.The amount of debt owed at the time of liquidation was not disclosed.

Mallon said: "My clients are pleased with the move and all are entirely supportive of my strategy going forward. The market's bouncing along the bottom but clients are looking for suppliers to be more flexible and the old structure didn't give me the head-room for that."

HfM Consulting was based at Courtletts House 38 King Street West, central Manchester but Frank Mallon Consulting Engineers is acquiring new offices.
