Flexible deals on offer at East Lancs mill

New tenants are being offered low rents and flexible deals on a Lancashire mill outlet, Robert Pinkus & Co has stated.

As the current economic crisis continues making an impact, rents at the Vine Mill in Oswaldtwistle, East Lancashire, have purposely been kept low and costs have been set to a minimum by the owner.

The mill trades over three floors, with retail space currently available including 3,190 sq ft on the ground floor and 8,813 sq ft on the second floor of the mill. A restaurant opportunity is also available on the second floor and totals 1,757 sq ft.

Claire Eccleston, retail surveyor at Robert Pinkus, said: "This opportunity will appeal to many businesses that would not normally be willing to take a financial risk in the current unstable economic climate.

"Benefits include minimal overheads and fit out costs, 'all inclusive' rental packages including insurance and rates from as little as £12/sq ft, and taking advantage of an established retail destination; an attractive pull for the budget conscious retailer."

Marinelli, Vine Mill Carpets, La Masion, Porcelanosa, Porcelanosa Tiles, Odyssey Luggage, Casabella, Stone International, Sweet Dreams, Hemelaer, Gautier, A & S Pine, Bouyant and Furniture To Go, are amongst the concessions already trading at Vine Mill.

The Vine Mill coffee shop on the ground floor is now open and is serving Starbucks coffee and Beldorm Textiles is due to open in November.

Vine Mill, formerly trading as BM Furniture since 1977, offers over 88,000 sq ft of renovated space.
