Final unit taken at Bury’s Bradley Court

Nolan Redshaw has let the final unit at Bradley Court, a new industrial and warehousing scheme in Bury, on behalf of landlord the local authority.

The final unit was taken by Newman's of Radcliffe at a rental of £5.50/sq ft. The family-run confectionary company will join Bradley Court's existing tenants; Chubb Products, Bartons Bakery, Mayfran UK and Axis Sheet Metal.

The scheme on Bradley Fold Trading Estate comprises five units from 2,500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft with access to Bury town centre via the A58 Bury Road.

Steve Manifold of Nolan Redshaw commented: "In these difficult times, it is great to see a local business expanding their operations. Bury council is always keen to support local business and the speed in which we have let the five units at Bradley Court is certainly testament to the quality of the accommodation provided."
