EKPS adds to directors

Ellie Philcox has been promoted to director at Euan Kellie Property Solutions.

Philcox, who joined the town planning consultancy in June 2016 from Deloitte, is currently advising on schemes across the region on behalf of Salboy, Domis, Bellward Properties and Great Places.

Euan Kellie, founding director of EKPS, said: “We have promoted Ellie in recognition of her hard work and the significant contribution she has made to the business since joining in 2016.

“Ellie has demonstrated that she is both confident and competent on advising all of our clients and has been integral to helping deliver planning permission for a number of key developments.”

Philcox added: “I am really delighted to have been promoted to director. We are working with great clients on innovative and dynamic projects and I am looking forward to playing a key role in the future growth of the business.”

EKPS was established in 2009 and is based at Landmark House, Cheadle Hulme.
