Edwards Symmons' Liverpool office has been appointed to sell two part-completed residential properties in Wrexham.
The first property comprises a six unit apartment scheme, constructed to first floor level, located on Maesgwyn Road and with access from Primrose Way.
The development has a gross internal area of 3,878 sq ft. A revised scheme, due to be submitted for planning, includes a seventh apartment in the roof space.
The second property comprises a detached four bedroom house, extending to approximately 2,063 sq ft and is located in Windsor Road, Rhosllanerchrugog.
