DTZ hires King Sturge development advisor

DTZ's Manchester office has recruited Heather McDonald from King Sturge as a consultant in its development and planning team.

Heather McDonaldMcDonald, pictured, will work on major masterplans including Maryport Harbour and Leigh town centre.

Her previous work includes employment land studies, public sector investment evaluations, residential affordability reports, masterplans and developer selection processes. McDonald has advised Bellway Homes, the North West Development Agency and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

Caroline Baker, development director at DTZ in Manchester, commented: "Heather is an experienced consultant who will strengthen our development and planning team and ensure we continue to provide excellent service to our clients."
