DevSec agrees Booths letting in Hale Barns

Upmarket grocer Booths has completed the deal to lease a new purpose-built 30,000 sq ft store at Development Securities' The Square in Hale Barns, Trafford.
Development Securities acquired the site last year from local developer Citybranch, following a rejection of an earlier application by the latter.
As well as the foodstore, there will be 12,000 sq ft of additional retail and 24 residential apartments.
