Credit Suisse makes city debut on King Street

Credit Suisse has chosen 82 King Street in central Manchester as the site for its first office in the city, taking 2,278 sq ft on a sub-let basis from Lloyds TSB on the 9th floor.

Founded in 1856, Credit Suisse offers clients financial advice in all aspects of investment banking, private banking and asset management.

John Ogden, director at CBRE, advising Credit Suisse, commented: "King Street is a fantastic location for Credit Suisse to position themselves. It is a main artery through the city and remains the financial core of the central business district whilst being at the heart of the city centre's fantastic amenities."

Lloyds TSB was advised by Edwards & Co. The rent was not disclosed.
