CPMUK moves to Whitehills

Central Property Maintenance UK has occupied 2,030 sq ft Unit 9 at Croft Court on Whitehills Office Park in Blackpool.

CPMUK has bought the premises from Errigal Developments for an undisclosed sum and join other occupiers including Central Underwriting, Direct Tyres, and BioGen.

The company was previously based in an office nearby on Central Drive.

Errigal said Croft Court is currently over half full with more than 11,900 sq ft of combined space being sold, let or under offer. A further 10,708 sq ft with units ranging from 1,796 sq ft to 5,856 sq ft remains available.

Errigal added that terms have also been agreed with a local occupier on Unit 2 at Croft Court but declined to give any further details.

Danny Pinkus, partner at Robert Pinkus & Co, joint agents on Croft Court, said: "This development offers a good range of sizes for small to mid-size businesses looking to relocate to new, high tech offices. The out-of-town office market has been performing steadily throughout the recession and these units are an excellent example of the quality that can be found in locations such as Whitehills."

Fylde Coast-based Butson Blofeld is joint agent on Croft Court.
