Colliers adds to industrial agency

Colliers International appointed surveyor Richard Owen from Maryland Securities to its industrial and logistics agency team in Manchester.

Owen will deal with all aspects of industrial agency work including sales and lettings of industrial facilities throughout the North West and the acquisition of properties for clients.
