ClearFibre appoints sales manager

The technology firm, which works with the commercial property industry to install high-speed internet in housing schemes, has hired Tim Huxtable as chief sales officer.

Huxtable has held a string of high-profile roles across the technology and real estate industries, having started his career as a surveyor at companies such as Hooton and Partners, GVA Grimley and Cushman & Wakefield, and as commercial manager at Tetris Projects, a workplace fit-out division of property consultancy JLL, until 2013.

He was then appointed director and head of national sales at fibre broadband company Hyperoptic for five years, before setting up a property technology consultancy of his own, Hux IRE, for the past year.

At ClearFibre, Huxtable will bring his experience of connectivity in the residential market to the technology company as it expands in the North West and beyond, and form part of the company’s senior executive team.

ClearFibre offers the latest technological solutions to developers, operators and residents.

Paul Eaton, ClearFibre’s chief commercial officer, said: “Tim’s performance at management level in other organisations and his valued connections will give us the opportunity to meet with senior executives across the industry where ClearFibre should be, and also enable our clients to gain best-value use of the services we bring to the residential sector.”

He added: “Tim brings a real polish and professionalism to the team and demonstrates the calibre of high standard individuals we are looking for at ClearFibre.”
