City Tower expansion for iHub Office

Serviced office provider iHub Office has expanded its Manchester offering for the second time in a year, taking an additional 8,967 sq ft at City Tower.

The firm launched its offering in the city in early 2015 on the 9,131 sq ft 13th storey of the Schroders-owned building, and last year expanded to take 4,783 sq ft on the 12th floor. It has now signed to take the 20th level in addition. ADT has been engaged to undertake the fit-out, which is expected to be completed before the end of March.

IHub offers office space, meeting rooms, event space, a “virtual office” service and co-working membership within its suite of services, and is soon to expand to Birmingham.

Leigh Scott, manager of the Manchester facility, said: “Quick success in Manchester has formed the base for our growth across the rest of the UK.

“Our strong and flexible product has meant that we have quickly agreed to expand for a second time within 12 months at City Tower. IHub office will grow from strength to strength over the coming year, and our team with us.”
