CBRE hires from Emerson

CBRE Manchester has appointed Amanda Wyatt as a surveyor in its asset services team. She joins from Emerson Group where she worked as a portfolio surveyor for three years.

In her new role, CBRE said Wyatt “will work with clients to help maximise commercial real estate value by aligning building operational performance with broader business objectives.”

Sophie Weinnman, associate director for asset services, said: “We are delighted to welcome Amanda to CBRE’s busy North West team. We are confident that with Amanda’s current knowledge and experience within the industry, she will bring plenty of skill and talent to our expanding department.”

Wyatt added: “I am delighted to join CBRE and I look forward to working on the team’s diverse and high-profile client base.”
