Capital names new head of events
Manchester-based property management company Capital Properties, best known for animating the Spinningfields estate, has appointed Libby Collingburn as head of marketing and events.
She joins from medical supplier Proteintech, where she was head of marketing.
She will oversee Capital Properties' asset marketing strategies in her role as head of its events and animation branch, Capital Life.
Capital Properties manages assets in Manchester, Leeds, London and Aberdeen. The Capital Life branch of the company leads marketing campaigns, host events and creates videos to help tenants make the most of their space.
The company helped Allied London transform Spinningfields in Manchester into a prime tourist destination using attractions such as the Screenfields open-air cinema, pop-up bars, and festive ice-rink.
