Capital & Centric refreshes development team

Manchester-based Capital & Centric has confirmed three appointments, while surveyor Anna Dooley has departed for Deloitte.

Dooley joined Capital & Centric in 2013 from Knight Frank. She is now part of the regeneration team at Deloitte.

She has been replaced by Max Bentham, who joined as development surveyor. Bentham previously worked for Urban Splash, but left in 2010 to establish his own consultancy. He will work on the company's £175m mixed-use Aytoun Street project in Manchester city centre, along with other schemes commencing construction this year.

Alongside Bentham, Emma Jarrett has been appointed asset manager. Jarrett has 15 years' experience in the property sector, and previously worked for Property Alliance Group and in the renewables sector in Germany.

Michelle Rothwell, formerly senior surveyor at CBRE, has now started at Capital & Centric. Her departure from CBRE was announced in September.

Adam Higgins, director at Capital & Centric said: "We currently have three live projects on site and spend £1m a month on construction, with the additional projects commencing this year there will five live construction sites spending over £1m a week. Max, Emma and Michelle will help us deliver these sites in addition to acquiring new projects."
