Caddick sells in Merseyside

Caddick Developments has sold a 12,000 sq ft industrial unit at Knowsley Business Park to paper merchant, Paper 4 Print, for an undisclosed sum.
The unit is in the park's Penrhyn Court phase, to the south of the A580 near the M57.
Jonathan Lowe of GVA, agent for Caddick, said: "We are delighted Paper 4 Print has chosen Penrhyn Court, re-confirming our belief that it remains the premier industrial business park within Merseyside, providing high quality specification coupled with a substantial power supply and large self-contained yard areas."
