Bruntwood relocates McAlpines

Sir Robert McAlpine has moved staff from its nuclear design and construction team to Bruntwood's Booths Park in Knutsford.

The 25-strong team has moved from Bruntwood's Edmundson House in Knutsford town centre to a newly fitted out 3,725 sq ft office at the landscaped business park.

Iain McAllister, of Sir Robert McAlpine, said: "As a team we wanted to stay in Knutsford as it is well connected with great amenities. A lot of our people live around the area, so staying in the town was high on our agenda. In fact we have returned to Booths Park as some of our team worked here originally."

Colliers International advised Sir Robert McAlpine. Jones Lang LaSalle, Edwards & Co and CBRE are letting agents on Booths Park.

Booths Park is home to more than 65 companies across 200,000 sq ft of office space split between eight buildings.
