Braemar hires for business growth

Property asset management company Braemar Estates has appointed Diana Turner as business development manager in its head office in Hale, Cheshire.

Turner joins from Urban Bubble where she led the new business team as property integration manager.

At Braemar Estates, Turner will be responsible for the growth and development of the block management business across the North.

She will report to Richard Andrews, who was appointed head of business development earlier this month.

Turner has more than eight years' experience in the property management industry, with a particular focus on the North West. She co-ordinated teams of up to 20 people to facilitate sales, refurbishment and maintenance of both residential and commercial property portfolios in various roles at MCR Property, LPM Global and MMW Investment.

Chris March, chief executive of Braemar Estates, said: "Diana's impressive business development credentials make her an excellent addition to our growing team. Her understanding and experience of the property management industry in the North of England will be invaluable as we continue to build our presence in the region."

Braemar Estates is the property management division of Brooks Macdonald Group. Assets include Beetham Tower in Manchester and One Park West in Liverpool.
