Blythe plans third phase of Southport Business Park

Blythe Developments said it will start on site in spring 2009 with two 30,000 sq ft offices at Southport Business Park.

The Southport-based developer anticipates grant funding approval from the North West Development Agency and European Regional Development Fund for the buildings, which will be built to a BREEAM 'very good' rating.

Phases one and two of the park delivered 100,000 sq ft of offices.

Completion of the third phase is scheduled for early 2010.
