Blackhouse buys Manor Park

Cushman & Wakefield, acting on behalf of Rexel UK, has sold its Manor Park warehouse facility in Cheshire to The Blackstone Group.

The 343,012 sq ft warehouse, which is situated on Blackheath Lane in Runcorn had been vacant for a number of years following Rexel's relocation.

Jason Print, partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "This is an excellent investment opportunity for Blackstone as the availability of large modern sheds continues to fall, not only in the North West region but throughout the country.

"With a number of new, live requirements coming to the market, this facility will be one of the only readily available options for prospective tenants to consider."
