Liverpool City Council is set to approve a student accommodation development totalling 1,019 bedrooms, in the Vauxhall area of the city.
The scheme has been proposed by Bevington Developments, which is led by director Greg Malouf, an Australian developer. The project has been designed by Falconer Chester Hall.
The 1,019 bedrooms will be split into 169 studios and 123 cluster apartments, in four blocks ranging between eight and 16-storeys.
The site on Bevington Bush and Aldersey Street is currently occupied by two industrial buildings, which would be demolished.
Liverpool City Council planning officers have recommended the project for approval at its planning committee meeting on 5 April.
Zerum advised on planning, while Planit-IE designed the public realm.
