Belfry doubles size of head office
Previous occupant Menzies Distribution has sub-let a 12,235 sq ft unit at Cameron Court, near Warrington.
The new lease, which runs until June 2015 at a rent of £4.06/sq ft, doubles the space Belfry Property Services occupies at the site to a total of 24,000 sq ft.
Belfry Property Services requires the additional space to increase production of EcoPod's following its collaboration agreement with the energy division of construction giant Carillion to exclusively market and install its heating system worldwide.
Andy Backhouse, associate director of logistics and industrial at the North West office of Colliers International secured the sub-letting of the additional premises to Belfry Group on behalf of landlord Menzies Distribution.
Cameron Court is part of the Winwick Quay estate, located three miles north of Warrington.
