Barnfield plans Ribble Valley business centre

Barnfield Construction, advised by Indigo Planning, has submitted a planning application for a 28,000 sq ft Business First centre and 30,000 sq ft Store First warehouse at Barrow Brook Business Village, Clitheroe.
The business centre would offer flexible office accommodation, meeting rooms and break out spaces including a gym, café, lobby and reception areas.
The warehouse will offer self-storage pods in a variety of sizes and prices to both public and commercial users. Both will be operated by Group First.
Pending planning approval by Ribble Valley Council, construction is likely to begin in summer 2014.
