Bardsley appointed to Bootle scheme
Dukinfield-based Bardsley Construction has been awarded a £1.47m contract from housing association Plus Dane Group to design and construct 14 affordable homes in Bootle, Liverpool.
Bardsley will design and build the houses, gardens and an access road to the new development.
Work is expected to start on site in June, and is due for completion in March 2015.
The latest contract follows Bardsley's appointment to provide 35 new homes in Croxteth, Liverpool for Cobalt Housing and 31 homes for Twin Valley Homes in Oldham and Blackburn.

The architect is Halsall Lloyd Partnership with Sutcliffes providing structural engineering work and Aecom acting as employers agent.
Plus Dane Group, based at Baltimore Buildings in Liverpool owns and manages more than 18,000 homes across Merseyside and Cheshire.
