Newly established Liverpool property agency, Roy Backhouse & Co, has been appointed by print finishing specialist Loughlin Pharma to market two industrial units in the Glacier Building on Brunswick Business Park in Liverpool.
The first unit is 12, 936 sq ft, available for sale or to let on a long lease. The second totals 11,515 sq ft, available for short term letting.
Brunswick Business Park is on Sefton Street to the south of Liverpool city centre.
Loughlin Pharma is relocating to the outskirts of Liverpool.
Roy Backhouse recently started up on his own after being made redundnant from GVA Grimley's Liverpool office as part of a national cost-cutting programme.
Backhouse said: "These premises are in a great location – very close to the city centre – and have one of the highest quality specifications of its type currently available in the area."
