Barwood Capital and logistics developer DB Symmetry have announced that peer-to-peer financing company Assetz Capital has taken the entirety of Building 3, a 14,800 sq ft block which forms part of the 107,000 sq ft Manchester Green office complex.
Assetz Capital, part of the Manchester-based Assetz Group, has relocated from Newby Road in Hazel Grove where it occupied 3,000 sq ft of a 6,000 building, to take the newly refurbished Building 3 on a 10-year lease. The company joins Worley Parsons and Chiesi which occupy the 20,000 sq ft Building 1, and the 18,500 sq ft Building 5 respectively.
