Aspect plans second phase at Garden Place

Aspect Developments & Property has completed two deals at Garden Place in Altrincham town centre. Civica Software will occupy 3,000 sq ft on the fourth floor and Dissolve Debt has signed up for 2,045 sq ft on the second floor.

Letting agent CB Richard Ellis said headline rents for the town of £20.50/sq ft had been achieved. In total, the building offers 10,030 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.

Will Kennon, senior surveyor at CBRE, said: "We are confident that the remaining 5,000 sq ft will let quickly thanks to the high spec finish and prominent location.

"Detailed planning consent has recently been granted for phase two of the Garden Place development which will see two self contained buildings of 6,000 sq ft and 8,000 sq ft built. These will be available on a leasehold or freehold basis."

TFC are the joint letting agents.
