Architects choose Manchester for second office
Architectural, interiors and planning practice TP Bennett is to open a Manchester office, its only office outside London, to serve developers in the North.
The office, due to open next month, will offer architectural, interiors and planning services across its 11 sectors, which include commercial office, corporate, residential, retail and leisure. The practice already has a strong presence in the North West working with long-standing framework clients including Genr8, DLA Piper, HSBC, Barclays, Nationwide and the BBC.
Richard Beastall, principal director and co-chairman, said: "Manchester is regarded as a key office location outside of London and is increasingly being promoted on a global scale. It provides a platform on which we can offer expert services to a growing North and North West property market. We have built strong relationships with major clients across the region and are looking forward to further strengthen these with the additional presence of an expert, regional team."
Director Leigh Dimelow will head up the new office with an established TP Bennett team who have relocated from London.
Dimelow said: "Our expansion into Manchester will not only strengthen our relationship with the region but benefit our clients as we deliver the same high quality services on the ground."
