Regeneration advisor, Amion Consulting, is the latest tenant to sign at Exchange Flags in Liverpool city centre.
Amion will relocate from Silkhouse Court on Tithebarn Street to Horton House, taking 3,315 sq ft on the tenth floor of the UK Land & Property and Pochin building.
The newcomer joins law firm Brabners Chaffe Street, serviced office provider Regus, property agents Knight Frank and accountant Deloittes.
The 160,000 sq ft building is now 90% let. The neighbouring and significantly larger Walker House wing of the Flags, at 300,000 sq ft, is anchored by the letting to the Ministry of Defence and still has suites available from 1,500 sq ft up to 130,000 sq ft.
Ian Sherry, director of UK Land & Property, commented: "Exchange Flags offers efficient modern, open plan office accommodation, a package which was perfect to an outfit like Amion. We are fortunate to be in a position to offer a range of office space and as lettings continue to happen, we have, and will continue to work with prospective tenants to ensure that the deal works for all parties."
Tim Johnston, founding partner at Amion Consulting, added: "Exchange Flags has been completely regenerated and is a heritage asset for the city. As specialists in regeneration, we considered that this scheme demonstrated a good fit with our business and culture."
Helen Moss at King Sturge concluded: "This letting proves that Exchange Flags is the premier office address in Liverpool and is able to compete with any other office scheme. Despite the economic downturn we are pleased to report strong levels of interest in Exchange Flags as companies prepare for the upturn in the market."
Keppie Massie acted for Amion Consulting and King Sturge acted for UKLP and Pochin. Quoting rents at Exchange Flags are £16.50/sq ft.
