Alliance on site in Bury

Property Alliance Group has started work on a 40,655 sq ft speculative industrial scheme in Bury.

The scheme, named Bury South, is on the site of the former Halls site off Dumers Lane.

Neil Higson, surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, joint agent with WHR, said: "This scheme on Dumers Lane has been eagerly awaited.

"The units will be from 2,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft, with 6.5 metre eaves and offices, which will be bespoke and tailored to occupier's requirements. We are expecting strong interest from potential buyers."
