Alliance disposes of final suite at Corner House

Property Alliance Group has fully let its Corner House office in Sale, south Manchester, with Arcus Consulting LLP taking the final 4,435 sq ft on a ten-year lease.

Arcus provides construction and property consultancy services to the social housing, government, education and utilities sectors. The firm relocated to Corner House from a smaller office, also in Sale. Arcus will pay a rental of £70,000 a year.

Clive Sellers, managing partner at Arcus, commented: "We were looking for a larger, more modern office in a similar location that will allow us to continue our company expansion whilst remaining accessible for both employees and clients. Corner House provides contemporary and well-presented office space and we look forward to our future there."
