Agent appointed for Dalton House

United Utilities Property Services has instructed the Manchester office of Matthews & Goodman to market Dalton House within Birchwood Park, Warrington.

Extending to approximately 12,500 sq ft, the building is to undergo a comprehensive programme of refurbishment to provide open plan flexible office accommodation.
