New partner appointed at Knight Frank Liverpool
Residential development agent Andy Wallace has joined Knight Frank as partner and head of the residential land team in Liverpool.
Wallace has 20 years' experience in property development and joins having run his own consultancy, Wallace Cameron Associates, for several years. He previously worked at Chestertons.
He will concentrate on development opportunities throughout Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and North Wales.
Julian D'Arcy, head of Northern region at Knight Frank said: "Andrew's appointment further strengthens our North West team. His professionalism and knowledge adds significantly to the depth of our offer and complements the existing skills set within the Liverpool development team."
Wallace added: "The Liverpool market is less mature and therefore less exposed to the current market difficulties. There remains a decent scale of activity here and many development opportunities to bring to market."
