Morris & Spottiswood recruits three
The fit out, housing and maintenance company has made three new appointments at its Warrington office.
Richard Crosby joins as project director on the fit out board. Crosby has experience of managing retail and bank roll out programmes and has previously worked on the Government's delivery agent, Partnerships for Schools, and with property consultants Buro Four and Mace.
He will develop a project and programme management capability for clients in the banking sector at Morris & Spottiswood.
Tony Fall joins as senior strategic business partner from consulting and business services group Mouchel.
Fall's experience includes working with registered social landlords including Chester & District Housing Association, Bolton at Home, Liverpool Housing Trust, Halton Housing Trust, and Fylde Coast Housing.
Morris & Spottiswood said Fall will help bring a new approach to building its business in the North West.
Kerry Whittle joins as business development manager from Rok. She has worked within the public and social housing sector for a number of years, gaining frameworks with Regenerate Pennine Lancashire and Procure Plus.
Whittle will be specifically responsible for maintenance in the North West.
