Mills quits Colliers

Jonathan Mills, head of investment at Colliers International in Manchester, has resigned after nine months at the firm in order to join Metis Real Estate, the new agency set up by ex-Tushingham Moore partners.

Mills joined Colliers International in August 2014, having spent the 11 previous years at JLL, predominantly in Manchester. He moved to JLL in London in January 2013 as senior director in the West End investment team.

Mills declined to comment when contacted by Place North West this morning.

Metis was formed earlier this month by former Tushingham Moore consultants who were not part of the takeover by Lambert Smith Hampton. Metis is led by directors Paul Jones, Dan Davies, Stephen Tregenza, and Nick McAllester, supported by surveyors Jonathan Phillips and Suzanne Hilditch.

When Metis launched, it emphasised investment agency as a key part of its offer, operating across the UK.
