Mileway lets 185,000 sq ft Sambro shed to Eurosonic
The 1990s warehouse will house the homeware and electrical supplier as it expands its operational footprint into the Dumers Lane site in Bury.
Savills is the marketing agent for the 185,000 sq ft Mileway-owned warehouse, previously occupied by Sambro, which also provides three levels of on-site office accommodation.
Eurosonic Group will join nearby occupiers including O2, Thumbs Up, and Chint Europe. The Bracken Trade Park is located opposite the entrance road to the property.

The car park provides space for 88 vehicles and is located 1.2 miles away from Bury town centre.
Eurosonic Group is currently based out of an office in Trafford Park.
