Merseyside Property Auctions next auction will be held on 2 July 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Speke, Liverpool.

Forty lots are being offered as residential investment mainly within the Liverpool area with a mix of tenures and refurbishment opportunities for owner occupation, resale or letting.

A standout lot is a semi detached cottage in need of refurbishment in Alder Hey Road, St Helens, currently vacant, which could create a large family home.
