Manifold moves client-side
Henry Boot Developments has hired Steve Manifold from Knight Frank as senior development surveyor.
Manifold had been an associate in Knight Frank’s Manchester logistics and industrial team. Prior to his six year spell at the firm, he spent a decade with Nolan Redshaw.
Adam Brady, director and head of Henry Boot Developments’ Manchester office, said: “With more than 600,000 sq ft currently under development in Manchester and some stand-out schemes in the pipeline it’s a great time for Steve to be joining us. His extensive knowledge and experience of the North West market will be invaluable.”
Manifold said: “With over 15 years spent in agency it’s time for a new challenge. Henry Boot Developments is bringing some fantastic schemes out of the ground in Manchester and across the wider region – it’s great to be working for a developer that is committed to delivering exciting schemes for the region instead of more of the same.”
Henry Boot’s Manchester projects include the Silk Works in Spinningfields and Kampus, the £250m mixed-use scheme being delivered in partnership with Capital & Centric.
The developer has also recently purchased the Equitable Building fronting St Ann’s Square, the former home of Habitat.
good luck Steve
