Lomiiko moves to SE3 Projects

Simon Lomiiko has spent the past 12 years with Identity Consult and now steps into a director role at the Preston-based construction consultancy.

Lomiiko’s responsibilities will range from delivering strategic cost management and procurement, while also providing employer agent services for clients.

He said: “Joining Sean at SE3 Projects feels like a great fit for me. I really value the technical, proactive, and hands-on approach that SE3 Projects has built its reputation on, which is evident in the strong relationships they have with their clients.

“I’m looking forward to bringing my skills and experience to the team and helping to drive continued growth.”

Sean Eden, managing director at SE3 Projects, said: “Simon’s arrival marks a significant milestone in the ongoing success story of SE3 Projects.

“With Simon’s support, we are better positioned to drive both the sustained growth and the exceptional quality that will allow SE3 Projects to expand its reach and capabilities.

“So far, we have successfully overseen more than 25 projects and are on track to hit nearly £750,000 in turnover. Simon’s experience and knowledge of the industry will allow us to achieve even greater results for our clients.”

Lomiiko will be based at SE3 Project’s Preston office at 33-34 Winckley Square.
