Lift company signs in Warrington

The Manchester office of DTZ has reported a 45,000 sq ft letting at Appleton Industrial Park in Warrington.
Nationwide Platformstook two combined units on a new 10-year lease from landlord Highrow Storage. DTZ advised Highrow Storage.
The latest transaction follows earlier deals to M&S Transport and Francis Flower resulting in over 80,000 sq ft of new leasehold transactions on site within the last nine months.
Tony O'Keefe, director at DTZ, said: "Nationwide Platforms is the UK's market leader in access platform hire, equipment sales and IPAF training and this latest deal underpins Warrington's continued draw due to its strategic location."
