Knight Frank selects senior team

Knight Frank has restructured the management of its commercial offices in Manchester and Liverpool following the departure of former regional head Graeme Wood.

A team of three will now manage the business in the region: David Porter and David Roper, both in Manchester, and Charles Ardern, based in Liverpool offices.

Clive Betts remains proprietary partner in the North West, based in Manchester, and will continue to focus on recruitment to strengthen the firm's regional base.

The Manchester office employs 38 and there are 27 in Liverpool. The Liverpool team is due to move into UK Land and Pochin's Horton House soon.

Knight Frank launched a new property asset management team in Manchester during the summer, with all four members joining from the troubled Erinaceous, formerly Dunlop Haywards.

Wood was managing partner of Knight Frank in the North West for eight years before leaving to set up Stratos PDI Consultants, which started trading on 1 November.
