Knight Frank appoints two partners

Chris Harrison and Emma Reynolds have been promoted to partners at the global property consultancy’s Manchester office.

At the age of 34, Harrison is one of Knight Frank’s youngest partners. In addition to being a partner, he is the head of residential valuations. He joined the firm two years ago from Cushman & Wakefield.

“The support I have received in the two and a half years since I joined has been phenomenal, not just from colleagues in Manchester but across the firm,” Harrison said.

“The depth of knowledge and research and how it is shared across offices is a huge benefit not just to staff but to clients and I am really proud to have been promoted from within and made a partner.”

Reynolds has been with Knight Frank for four years, joining from the Emerson Group in 2018. She is part of Knight Frank’s property asset management team, along with fellow partner Paul Partington.

Reynolds said she was “very proud” to be promoted to partner, and voiced appreciation to the company for its support of her career.

“The business gives me the opportunity to work flexibly to ensure I can accommodate child care for my young son and it is good to know that support is there within Knight Frank,” she said.

Reynolds also shared more about what the property asset management team does.

“We work closely with the other teams based in Manchester including Knight Frank’s design for management team led by Anthony Watson which aims to make buildings more user-friendly and efficient from the outset,” she said.

“The real-life management data and user experience we feed in helps inform design decisions in line with what the modern occupier is seeking.”

David Porter, head of the Manchester office, shared his congratulations to Harrison and Reynolds.

“Business is all about people,” he said. “Chris and Emma are wonderful examples of people who go above and beyond for their clients to ensure they get the most professional and informed advice.

“I am really pleased that their talent has been rightly recognised.”

Knight Frank is headquartered in London, with nearly 500 offices across the globe. In addition to property management and residential valuation services, the consultancy also has expertise in selling and buying properties, finance, planning, and development consultancy.

Recent activity in the North West by Knight Frank includes the marketing of Cotton Square in Manchester, Ainscow Hotel in Salford, and Holiday Inn Central Park in Manchester.
