KKA Architects puts Liverpool office on the market

GVA Grimley has been instructed by KKA Architects as sole letting agent on Highpoint, an office building on Highfield Street in Liverpool city centre.
KKA Architects owns the three-storey building and trades from two floors. Construction contractor Morgan Ashurst occupies the top floor but will leave in six months' time to relocate elsewhere within the city.
However, GVA Grimley said Highpoint, which totals 7,395 sq ft, is available to let either as a whole or as individual suites ranging from 1,200 sq ft in size.
Jonathan Lowe, surveyor at GVA Grimley, said KKA would either design and build a new base, as it had with Highpoint, or take existing space elsewhere in the city. Rents are £15/sq ft.
