Kingdom relocates to Woodlands Park

The national security provider has taken a 12,750 sq ft office in Newton-le-Willows from landlord Morley Estates for use as a new support centre.

The deal at Willow House follows recent transactions to Oak Tyres and Bilfinger, which have joined existing tenants including Vimto owner Nichols, housing developer Miller Homes and digital infrastructure firm Jade Solutions.

Over the past 12 months the park has secured more than 45,000 sq ft of new occupiers.

Woodlands Park is made up of six buildings and is located on Ashton Road, near to the M6.

JLL, BE Group and Altus Group are joint agents on the development.
