Graduate surveyor joins Hurstwood
A new graduate surveyor has joined commercial property landlord Hurstwood Holdings in its Manchester office.
Laura Wilbourn previously worked at Altus Edwin Hill as a property researcher. She has experience in negotiating lettings, advising clients on business rates liability and environmental surveying.
Hurstwood now employs 16 people in its Manchester office. It owns a property portfolio across the North of England spanning a range of sectors, with investments including offices in 61 Mosley Street in Manchester and industrial space in Leigh Business Park and Agecroft Enterprise Park.
