JLL boosts team with four appointments
Property advisor JLL has added four new recruits to its Manchester team, including hires from AHR, Rider Levett Bucknall, and Workman.
JLL has hired Andrew Kan in its cost management team, who previously worked for Currie & Brown and Turner & Townsend in the UK and in Singapore across the transport, commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Siobhan Ellis has joined as a senior surveyor in the company’s property and asset management team, after spending three years in the same role at Workman.
In its building consultancy team, JLL has also added Sulthan Mahmud and Ashley Parkinson as building surveyors.
Mahmud joins from AHR, having worked on healthcare, commercial, residential, defence, industrial, and leisure projects, while Parkinson joins after spending five years with RLB out of its Salford Quays office.
All four have joined in the past three months, and will based at JLL’s main office at One Piccadilly Gardens.
David Lathwood, lead director for JLL in the North West, said: “We are continuing to attract new talent, as we broaden our offer to clients in the region. These latest appointments reflect strong demand for the work of our specialist teams and Andrew, Siobhan, Sulthan and Ashley each bring a wealth of diverse experience to the Manchester office.”
The chap on the right looks truly delighted!
