Irwell Valley Homes makes office switch
The housing association has signed a 5,500 sq ft deal at Oaklands House in Sale, moving from the Soapworks in Salford Quays.
Irwell Valley Homes has signed a five-year deal on part of the second floor at London & Oriental’s Oaklands House.
The landlord has recently carried out a refurbishment of 10,000 sq ft of space within the building.
Canning O’Neill are joint agents on the building.
