INTO Manchester increases accommodation at Bridgewater House

INTO Manchester has increased its student accommodation at Bruntwood's Bridgewater House in Whitworth Street, Manchester city centre.
The company has taken a further 12,000sq ft at the campus to accommodate current and projected increases in international student intake.
INTO Manchester has agreed terms for a lease of 15 years at £15/sq ft, taking its total space to 41,000 sq ft.
The additional accommodation will be used for administration and learning facilities.
